The Sanctuary is a digital product comprising ninety readings in nine chapters in digital book format, the guide Reality From Within, the Card Collection of 35 digital cards, and three guided audio journeys: As You Are, When Nothing Is Hidden and Embody the Reality. All content is delivered digitally and accessed in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Nothing is shipped and nothing needs to be installed. Access is granted immediately upon payment, by way of a personal link sent to the email address you provide.
The Sanctuary is self-guided. There is no schedule, no group and no live sessions, and you may move through the content at your own pace.
All prices are shown in euros. The price of the Sanctuary is €55, paid once. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
The Sanctuary is digital content supplied without a physical medium and made available to you immediately. Before completing your purchase, you are asked to confirm at checkout that you request immediate access and that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins. By giving this confirmation, you give your express prior consent for delivery to begin at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We confirm this to you by email after your purchase. This follows § 53(4)(7¹) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
For this reason, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once access has been granted, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

It may not be shared, copied, resold, distributed, or used in any professional, coaching, therapeutic or commercial context without our prior written permission. Your personal access link is for you alone and may not be passed on.
We aim to keep the Sanctuary available continuously, but we may need to interrupt access for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Access to a product you have purchased is assured for at least two years from the date of purchase. We intend to keep it open beyond that, though we do not promise it. If we decide to withdraw a product, we will write to you at least three months beforehand, and during that time you will be able to download the content you have purchased.
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is always the one published on this page. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force on the day you buy. Changes never affect a purchase already made.
If you have a complaint, please write to hello@lifebeginsanew.com and we will address it as quickly as we can. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. A consumer who is unable to resolve a dispute with us may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
