By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Products created for children are purchased and set up by an adult.
Life Begins Anew is a digital product comprising a ninety-day sanctuary in digital book format, two audio journeys, and the Life Begins Anew Card Collection of 35 cards. All content is delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. Access is granted immediately upon payment, by way of a personal key sent to the email address you provide.

All prices are shown in euros. The current price of Life Begins Anew is €99. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
These are digital products supplied without a physical medium and made available to you immediately. When you complete your purchase, you give your express prior consent for delivery to begin at once, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This follows § 47(3)(13) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. For this reason, purchases are final and refunds are not offered once access has been granted.
If you cannot access what you have paid for, or something is not working, write to us and we will put it right.
A one-to-one session is booked and paid for in full at the time of booking, through our scheduling system.
If the time no longer suits you, you may move your session to another date. There is no limit on this and no fee for it — simply use the link in your booking confirmation, or write to us. A booking is not cancelled; it is held until the session takes place.
At the time of booking you confirm that you wish the session to take place on the date you have chosen, and that once it has taken place you lose your right of withdrawal. The fee is not refunded after a session has been held. If you do not appear at the agreed time and have not moved the booking beforehand, the session is treated as held.
What is said in a session stays between us. We will not share the contents of our conversation, or the fact that we have spoken, without your permission.
Everything we offer is educational and reflective in nature. What each person takes from it differs, and we make no promise about any particular outcome — emotional, physical, spiritual, financial or otherwise. Anything shared in our materials or sessions is offered for your consideration, not as instruction, and the choices you make and the results you arrive at remain your own.
Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice. For matters of that kind, please consult a qualified professional.
Our liability to you in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost business, lost savings or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

It may not be shared, copied, resold, distributed, or used in any professional, coaching, therapeutic or commercial context without our prior written permission.
We aim to keep purchased products available continuously, but we may need to interrupt access for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Access to a product you have purchased is assured for at least two years from the date of purchase. We intend to keep it open beyond that, though we do not promise it.
If we decide to withdraw a product, we will write to you at least three months beforehand, and during that time you will be able to download the content you have purchased as a PDF.
The Sanctuary is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological support. If you are navigating a crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional.
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is always the one published on this page. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force on the day you buy. Changes never affect a purchase already made.
If you have a complaint, please write to hello@lifebeginsanew.com and we will address it as quickly as we can. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. A consumer who is unable to resolve a dispute with us may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or to the European Consumer Centre.
